Life sure is too short.
And we always forget about that fact.
You and I.
Us.
We all do forgot that we may die anytime.
It maybe years from now on, next week, tomorrow or right now.
Who knows right ?
‘Kullu nafsin zaa iqatul maut’
Every soul shall taste death ! (Al-Imran: 19)
That’s a promise from Allah.

On 2 shawwal, i followed my mom to her student’s burial. He was young, only 19 yrs old.
But he passed away before his parents do. It is a heartbreak to see your young son die while you, his parents still alive. He was healthy, just got some fever & stomachache. On 1 shawwal’s evening, he was hardly can breathe. It was all of sudden. He called for his father and it doesn’t last more than 2 min. He passed away. And of course it was a shock to his parent.

I was there when he was buried.
We all walked home.
At a moment, I looked back and realized, one day I will be buried like him to.
I turned around and saw his family walked away sadly from the graveyard.
7 steps away and the protection time end !
May Allah protect him and us. Amin..
p/s: Allahumma akirun hayati bi kalimah La ila haillallah. Allahumma inni a’uzubika min azabil qabr.
